The past year has been a huge one for Illenium. The Denver-based producer’s signature future bass sound has captivated fans around the world, earning him a spot on TSIS’s Top 20 Electronic Albums of 2016 as well as on Flume’s Skin remix package.  Along with that, Illenium has released a handful of stunning tracks to start his 2017, including a collab with Gryffin titled “Feel Good” and a solo track called “Fractures.”

Today the producer keeps the momentum going with another release titled “Sound of Walking Away,” out now on Seeking Blue Records and Kasaya Recordings that we have the pleasure of premiering. The track features the vocals of Kerli, who may be most well known for her work with SNBRN on his debut single “Raindrops.”

On “Sound of Walking Away,” both of the artist’s signature sounds come together to create yet another impressive single. Subtle guitar riffs and drums allow Kerli’s intense, raw vocals to shine, pulling you in for a vibrant melodic bass drop that only Illenium could pull off in such an incredible way. Kerli’s euphoric tone combined with Illenium’s iconic sound creates a powerful mood that’s packed with emotion.

“Sound of Walking Away” drops just before Illenium’s North American tour is set to start. The producer will kick things off on May 5 in Atlanta. Enjoy!
